ASSISTANT MANAGER - IT DEPARTMENT
  Responsibilities:-
  Responsible for software implementation and deployment of one or more of PBAPP's current critical applications
  Manage customer's expectations with regards to team performance, deliverables and schedules
  Oversees, lead and direct the development team
  Responsible for effectively coordinating the activities of the team to meet targeted commitments and deliverables
  Guide and mentor developers from technical aspects
  Must be able to work in team and handle heavy workload under tight deadlines
     
  Requirements:-
  Degree in Computer Science or any other IT related discipline and Accredited by MQA
  Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of IT with at least 2 years experience in managing IT team(s) and planning function
  Possess effective skills with hands on experience in project management
  Technical skills in Oracle DB, Java, Business Intelligence tools are an added advantage
  Must be able to work under the pressure to meet deadlines
  Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  Good interpersonal and communication skills
     
CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT
  Responsibilities:-
  Handle and resolve first level customer complaints and feedback through the telephone and face-to-face interaction promptly and professionally
  Ensure follow up and closure of customer complaints
  Assign and update accurate information in the Customer Management System
  Maintain cordial and professional relationships with other internal Departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  Comply and adher to the operating procedures, rules and regulations of PBAPP / CS Department
  The list of responsibilities above is not exhaustive and may be redefined by the management at any time
     
  Requirements:-
  Possess minimum SPM/SPMV or STPM with credit in Bahasa Malaysia and English 
  Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must. Additional language ability is highly welcomed 
  Good interpersonal skills with ability to interact with customers and people within the organization 
  Hardworking and able to work independently to meet deadlines 
  Possess common sense and able to work in a team 
  Computer literate and competent in Microsoft office applications 
  Relevant working experience in customer service, CRM, call center industry will be an added advantage 
  Willing to work on shift duty
  Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
     
FINANCE CLERK
  Responsibilities:-
  Checking and updating revenue accounts
  Assisting in the preparations of monthly / yearly finance reports
  Other duties related to accounts / finance as assigned by superiors  
     
  Requirements:-
  Possess minimum SPM/MCE or equivalent qualifications (approved by MQA)
  Candidates with LCCI Certificate or equivalent would have an added advantage
  Minimum 3 years related working experience
  Knowledge in any Financial System will be an added advantage
  Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
  Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
  Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
     
SECURITY ASSISTANT
  Responsibilities:-
    Assisting Security Administrative Officer in :
  Monitoring the overall safety at PBAPP installations
  Monitor and manage security workforce
  Perform routine inspections on safety equipments
  Investigate complaints and generate reports on theft
  Prompt action in times of emergency such as fire, flood, bomb threat, demonstration, chemical leakages, industrial accidents and minimizing risks that may cause the loss of life and properties
  Coordinate with other departments with regards to the safety procedures
  Monitor the access/movements of employees, contractors, vendors, visitors within the company’s premises
  Prepare reports to the supervisor for recommendations/actions
  Implement enforcement on the safety policy and regulations in the company and provide suggestions to enhance the security level 
     
  Requirements:-
  Possess minimum SPM/MCE or equivalent qualifications (approved by MQA)
  Minimum 3 years related working experience
  Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
  Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
  Knowledgeable in the security system as well possess investigation skills
  Able to perform supervisory duties with excellent work ethics
  Highly disciplined, committed and able to work in team
  Understands ISO procedures
  Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
     
SECURITY GUARD
  Requirements:-
  Must be a Malaysian citizen
  Age between 21 to 35 years old
  Height between 160cm to 185cm
  Weight at least 52kg and not more than 80kg
  Possess minimum SRP/PMR or equivalent qualification as approved by MQA
  Able to communicate, read and write in Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in English is an added advantage.
  Possess basic knowledge in Microsoft Office 
  Possess basic knowledge in handling CCTV System, File Prevention System and/or any other related security systems 
  A disciplined person with no criminal record and free from drugs 
  Willing to work on shift with minimum supervision 
  Possess B2 and D class driving license
  Priority will be given to candidates with minimum of 1 year working experience in security control field
